Our Vision

The National Shroud of Turin Exhibit team envisions a concise, impactful, interactive high-tech exhibit featuring a life-size Shroud replica. Ideally, the location will be a street-level retail space in the prominent Connecticut and K Street areas of downtown Washington, D.C., attracting continuous, impromptu walk-in traffic. Additionally, a ten-seat “contemplation chapel” is planned for inspired visitors to pray and reflect upon what they experienced. The Shroud exhibit will be free to visitors, with donations boldly encouraged.

The group is maximizing momentum after spearheading the exhibit about the Shroud at the Museum of the Bible in Washington, D.C, that ran from Feb. 26 – July 31, 2022. During its tenure, the exhibit was the museum’s most popular attraction, substantiating the viability of a permanent Shroud exhibit in the nation’s capital.
